IT Service Desk Coordinator

Our business is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as an IT Service Desk Coordinator based in Mount Wellington

This is a busy and varied role that would suit a professional with operational and staff management experience. With a broad portfolio, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the bridge between our clients and our IT professionals.
  • Establishing and refining delivery processes and procedures to ensure that each customer gets the same great experience from the initial stages of onboarding and continued throughout their time with OneHQ.
  • Hold all service departments and employees within these teams accountable for carrying out the required processes and tasks within SLA’s and providing great customer service.
  • Assessing customer feedback and improving procedures accordingly to ensure that great customer service is provided at all times.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar environment, with hands-on experience managing service desk systems and procedures.
  • Ability to build strong and sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
  • ITIL or similar qualification preferred.
