Day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and supporting the Microsoft server operating systems and associated hardware.
  • Incident management and reporting.
  • Troubleshooting escalations from the Service desk team.
  • Monitoring and testing performance of applications, foreseeing potential bottlenecks and identifying possible solutions.
  • Onsite technical support.
  • Maintaining a schedule of support tickets to ensure optimum efficiency.

As the successful candidate, you will be:

  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Experienced with Office 365, Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Desktop operating systems.
  • Competent with remote desktop services, printer support and server maintenance.
